well the thing is i can’t avoid eating fruits and white bread and all that because my parents are so stubborn and they make me eat all those things your not meant to eat when your on a diet. What do you think is the most beneficial way of using a treadmill to lose belly fat?

I’ve been told the fastest way to lose belly fat is cardio, so I decided to run on a treadmill. I’m just wondering what is the proper way? Do you just get on and run for as long as you can? Do you start with a walk and slowly work up to a run? Do you walk, then run, then walk, then run? What do you think is the most beneficial way of using a treadmill to lose belly fat?
