		<description>Diet fad and pills are the worst way. Most require a certain way to eat and exersize anyway, so dont waste your money.

A good way is to do simple little things so it becomes a habit. For example, decline seconds at dinner, stick to main food groups and have half a snack instead a whole one. Doing more things is great, like taking the long way home, bike instead or drive (it&#039;ll save on your gas!) or just go for a daily walk, slowly extending the time (I take daily walks, and with my mp3 player it makes it much more enjoyable). I&#039;m at a healthy weight for my age (between 120-130) and never had to diet because I do what I just said.</description>
