excercise more if you need to and eat healthy is the best way to lose belly fat.

Try a proven diet system. There really is no way to burn fat in one specific area. I know that they advertise drugs that they claim will burn fat in one specific area, but that is not true in order to burn fat in one area, you must eat healthy. Your body will naturally burn fat in areas where there is more than others, but you will still be burning all around fat. It is also important to do a complete workout and not just concentrate on one area, in order to have a flat stomach you have to exercise the entire stomach area (all muscles) and cardio is sooooooo important. only eat sweets like twice a week and eat healthier foods and go to the gym. u gotta do it the hard way!!

if you really want to loose weight, you’ll stop eating chocolate. i’m currently on a diet too. i’ve been on one since november and i’ve lost almost 30 lbs. the less time it takes to loose the weight the longer you keep it off. look in the mirror and imagine what you look like now, and then just think what you would look like when you loose the unwanted belly fat you say you don’t want. simple eating right and exercizing works. no sugar pops or drinks, and no junk food. don’t eat past 7 p.m. either. also, cut everything that you eat in half. eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. also, walk every night for about an hour or so. if you loose about 10 lbs or so, then you can tone. but if you have bellyfat, don’t all of a sudden start doing a million situps and crunches every night. cause the muscles will build up in your stomach and it’ll make it look bigger. you loose however much weight you wanna loose, then you tone w/ the situps and crunches. you won’t see results in an instant, but you will in about a month or so. if you look past the chocolate, and realize what you’ll look like without the belly fat, you’ll feel a lot better and it’ll help you get motivated more. good luck!

You can’t target weight loss in certain areas through diet and exercise, your body just doesn’t work that way.
If you want to lose weight in certain areas, your going to have to accept the fact that your body burns fat reserves from all areas, not just a specific few. Then you know the rest, proper portions, proper diet, in order to lose weight you need to burn more calories then you take in, some exercise if you like…
