Also, 6 small meals a day other than 3 big ones, and dont eat 3 hours before bed. High protein, complex carbs. Large amounts of simple sugars cause insulin spikes, storage as fat.

Anything more than 3-4 lbs lost a week is unhealthy, and you will be more likely to gain it back.</description>

I would also suggest keeping track of what you eat every day and what kind of exercise you do every day at a site such as fitday.com</description>
