How can I lose weight fast, without taking any pills or drugs?
I’m concerned about my health. I’m very unhealthy and overweight. Its not so much what my body looks like, but more of how I feel and how my health is. My mother has diebeties, and if I’m going to keep myself from getting it, I need to lose weight.
Is there a fast way to lose weight?

  1. Make sure you eat healthy and exercise. You can try walking and biking more. It works really well, to lose weight that way, especially during the spring/summer. If you are really looking the how to lose weight fast,

    I suggest doing what this mom did and combining the Acai diet with a cleansing program for the best result

  3. Lol sounds strange but smell your food allot before eating(not recommended in public) This makes you think you ate more then you did so you ll eat less. Also if your going to get a snack tell yourself no ill wait and water drinking is very good.

  5. Well just eat healthy and excersize! i had a friend who ate salad every day and she lost 13 pounds!!

    Im 141 lbs and 5′4
    what i do to loose weight is
    -Wakin up @7 a.m. and run1 min walk 2 min for 6 times with a 10 min long warm up walk.
    -Eatin 3 fruits for breakfast
    -Drinking low-fat soymilk and sugarfree green tea, eatin low-fat yogurt, fruits (as much as i can), an 4 pieces of bitter chocolate AS THE WHOLE DAYS SNACK.

    this is a Mediterranean diet.
    -Eating a salad, integrands
    *green salad
    *vinegar
    *1 dessertspoon linseed oil
    *1 dessertspoon olive oil
    *2 tablespoon corn
    and some spices like dill, thyme and red pepper AS THE MAIN DISHES
    -Drinkin 3 lt water
    -Walkin everywhere
    -SLEEPIN @ LEAST 7h STRAIGHT!

    it helped me to loose 2 kg in 5 days.
    its a nutriment rich diet.
    youll get healthier and loose fat instead of muscle and water.

    THIS IS A MEDITERRANEAN DIET!!!

  9. you know a targeted weight loss is not feasible, especially in the hips and thighs zones, but I managed it with chito gold. suppressed my appetite, ramped my metabolism, and filtered the extra fat from my meal. i can’t imagine losing tons without taking pills it’s impossible
