Is yogurt been proven to lose belly fat?

I was told by my friends and colleagues, yogurt is better to lose fat or weight. One of my colleague, he’s been eating low-fat yogurt, and I dunno if he’s really losing weight or not. He said he is losing weight I’ve been eating for the past few days, but I’m not sure if it will help. Any enlightment please?

I know for a fact it’s dairy, but I’m eating 0% fat yogurt. I read also from researches, that it may help. I just need opinions from anybody’s experiences.

  1. It’s not necessarily true, but it is kind of …. u need a proper diet and EXERCISE (deff that) and yogurt will help u bc. it’s a low fat food

  2. Did they tell you that you need to keep up with your workout and other types of diet programs,too? Yogurt is one of many things that will help you losing weight. To be honest to you, if you could live with only eating yogurt for months, you will lose weight as well but that just does not sound right,right ?

  3. Yogurt is better than pizza, but by no means is a fat loss kind of food. It can be part of a healthy diet, but you could eat yogurt and still gain weight depending on what else you do. that answers your question right?

    0% fat isn’t good because its stripped of nutrients your body need to stay healthy. You need your body healthy in order to lose weight. Stay away from junk food and that will be plenty to get trim. Many fitness model drink whole milk and whole dairy products.

    Also fat isn’t always the problem….theres usually a lot of sugar in yogurt and its higher glycemic which means it hits the body like a chocolate bar rathen than like whole wheat pasta.

  4. Eating 0% fat yogurt everyday is a good thing to do. Eat also high fibre fruits/vegetables like celery, cabbage, carrot, capsicum, zucchini, kiwi, mango, tomatoes and all green leaves vege. Using extra virgin olive oil instead of vegetable oil when you cook food. Drink lots of plain waters 1 to 2 litres a day. No white sugar because it can cause the body to gain more weight and wrinkle(aged faster), so use honey or molasses. Must eat big breakfast, proper moderate lunch and light dinner before 7pm so that your stomach could have more time to digest the food instead of food resting in the stomach undigest that course stomach bloated and look fat.
