  2. Do cardio exercises. You aren’t going to see much results by simply doing situps, crunches, etc. unless you also loose fat in that area. The best way is to incorporate cardio into your exercise routine.

  4. Trans fat increases belly fat and good fats flatten your tummy (see site below). Also some of that stuff is not fat. See secret trick used by models to flatten tummy before an event. Some is retained water– eat less salt. Also under exercise, rebounders tone your tummy muscles. The best ab exercise is not sit ups or crunches (see the 10 best ab exercises by following link).

  5. it is impossible to lose fat in your stomach by doing crunches and sit ups alone. Although sit ups and crunches are good, you cannot spot reduce fat. you should definately be doing lots of cardio, dancing etc. The thing that makes you lose fat is losing calories. The more calories you lose, then the more fat you lose. Bonus…. you will lose fat from everywhere, not just your tummy. Don’t stop doing what you’re doing but add cardio to your routine!!!!! Good Luck!!!!

  6. Ummmmmm……SEX—and lots of it!! Sorry; but it is true; sex is a workout and will tone the areas in question. I hope I am not advising a minor to have lots of sex–but this is an honest answer to your question!!
And DO NOT forget the birth control!!!!!!!

  7. a balanced life of good eating habits and exercise.
sit-ups and crunches will help, but you have to be religiously working out. try going to the gym, although it will cost you. however, just being disciplined and determined to lose those belly fats will really help a LOT. daily crunches and sit-ups worked for me. but i was hardworking and disciplined, and i added more each day or every other day.

  8. any cardio work. running, sprinting, jogging, etc. as long as your heart rate is very high that will make you sweat a lot. also walking helps. although there results are nothing compared to situp and crunches, if you do it everyday with diet you can achieve it in short time.

  9. Your stomach depends on what you eat and the cardio you do. The most effective way to flatten your stomach is to run and do pilates or yoga. Because Running will really strengthen your obliques which in turn will cause your stomach to look smaller because it will pull on the sides. Yoga and Pilates are great ways to get lean muscle, plus keeping with a sensible diet is really the only way to see results! Mind you depending upon how much fat you have it will take about three months, don’t be discouraged though you can do it!
