I need to lose weight in my thighs, there’s some stretch marks on my inner thighs and I want to lose that. Also, I want to flatten my stomach a little, I don’t have much stomach fat, just a little that I’d like to lose. And I have to complete this before school starts back up in 4 weeks.

  1. you probley want to lose about 10 lbs

try 60 minutes of exercise daily,
you can go for a run or a jog
you could play a sport outside
just anything to get you moving

and lay off the carbs or any empty calorie foods
and try more whole grain breads and lots of fruits and veggies
no soda, fast food, junk food, and lean protein is always good

  2. Make water your favorite drink. A person must have a minimum of 8 glasses of water in a day. Avoid taking soft drinks or carbonated beverages; moreover replace them with water. Water helps in reducing weight in the most effective manner.
Don’t stuff yourself with food in a single sitting; instead have 5 to 6 small meals or snacks in a day. Eating several small meals helps the body to release less insulin, which keeps blood sugar steady and helps to control hunger.
Make a habit of walking. Instead of driving car to the nearby market, prefer walking down. Walking is more important for people in sedentary jobs. Walk for at least 45 minutes every day; it helps in burning extra calories.
Keep small plates for serving food because a study shows that the less food put in front of us, the less food we’ll eat. So downsize your food plates and coffee mugs, and say goodbye to those extra calories.
Eat more vegetables during meals as water-rich foods like zucchini, tomatoes, and cucumbers reduce your overall calorie consumption. Some other water-rich foods include soups and salads; they are good source of nutrition.

  4. Dont try using any commercial pill or prescription diet (eg nutrisystem, jenny craig). These are known to mess with ur bodys natural functions. Try cutting snacks completely out of your diet. Eat only 3 meals a day. Get smaller plates and use them instead of larger plates. Limit yourself to one sweet treat a week. (Every friday, go get a small ice cream in a cup as a reward for yourself). At the grocery store, compare products. One similar product can have half the fat of another similar product. Make small changes in your diet as well, like instead of having a sandwich with a side of chips have a sanwich with a side of baby carrots. Remember when your not sure what to eat eat clean. Get organic products too.

  8. Step 1:First of all cut back on sweetened soda and juice… these drinks have a lot of calories and the calories .Step 2:Cut back on breads and rice, carbohydrates. they have a lot of sugar which in turn can turn to fat plus they don’t keep you filled as long…. eat foods high in protien and fiber… meats, greens, protien bars… high fiber bread.Step 3:the next key is exercise.. Start a walking club at work…. if you walk during your luncg break even if it is a 20 minute walk that adds up during the end of the week. get a wal in on the weekend or go to the gym a little here and there will make a difference over time . a few minor changes will really make a difference.

  9. I have been through it all and know what’s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can’t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I’ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.

Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.

First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can’t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising…

This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it’s good for the heart.

However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It’s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I’ve found a great addition to help any one out, it’s a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don’t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don’t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn’t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It’s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace.com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it’s the best pill I’ve tried and I’ve tried cupboards full. Now this doesn’t mean you have to follow my foot steps but I’ve successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.

Well good luck and remember what I said, Dedicate.
