I’m not incredibly fat, but I would like to lose some weight around my middle, then again, who wouldn’t. But I really want 2 wear a bikini this summer, since I haven’t since I was like 8 yrs old. what’s the best and fastest way 2 lose fat around my middle/core/belly. ik about eating right and everything, but wat exercises can i do?

  1. stomache exercise=Lie on the floor, legs straight out, hands at your sides. Lift your legs straight up (not bending your knees at all) until they’re at a 90 degree angle (or close). Lower your legs and repeat without letting your legs touch the floor. For more challenge there is equipment at most gyms that will allow you to raise yourself up using your arms as support and dangle your legs. You can perform leg lifts there too. If you’re using this piece of equipment, you can make it easier by just raising your knees to your chest. It’s more difficult to raise your legs to a horizontal position with your legs straight. This helps firm up the lower abdomen. If you’re truly a monster, try doing leg lifts with a medicine ball hanging from your feet. Or hang from a pull up bar and raise your legs in front of you all the way up to the bar.

    okay well you probably know that im going to say to try to eat right and stay off the sweets and blah, blah, blah. I’m sure you already knowthat
    Excercises
    You can always try the sit-up, or the crunches which give you results but take some time and arent very fun to do.
    Something that is very simple to do is hula-hooping… its the best excercise for you stomach.. really works the abs and is pretty fun to do.. something you can involve your kids/grand kids in..
    try taking dance lessons.. its very fun you can do it with your kids, your husband, your friends. try salsa dancing or tango…
    great escercise!!
