  2. Not going to happen. I’m sorry. But if he doesn’t think you are attractive just because you have a little pooch, you don’t want him. If he did have a problem with it, what would he say after your first child if you were to marry him?

Besides, most guys like a little pooch.

  4. Watch what you eat and do cardio (either jogging or walking), and it’ll be gone in no time.

  5. 10 days is not that long. First off, don’t try any crazy crash diets, they’re dangerous and they don’t work. But you could just eat helthily and normally for the next 10 days. Your best best is probably to excercize. Obviously, if you’re looking to tighten up your abs to the good old crunches, and sit ups. But try some other stuff to. Swimming is excellent for your entire body, a complete strengthener and will have your whole body toned in no time, you don’t realize just how much you use your abs when you’re swimming until its aching aftarwards, and believe me I’ve never been more in shape than when I used to swim competitively. Walking is really good to. If you just do a brisk one hour walk, making sure to hold yourself straight and stretch your back and upper body as well as your thighs and calfs before and after, it’s a very good strengthener for your whole body.

One overall point is that you shouldn’t concentrate soly on your tummy when you’re excercisin, balance it out by strengtheniing your back and remember so sit/lie straight. Strengthening your back helps you pull in some of that belly fat.

  6. You can do a lot in 10 days.
Subcutaneous fat is less next to muscles that use fat. Fat is used up by prolonged activity – not by short bursts (that uses energy delivered in the blood).
So yes, do the crunches, but do them gently and in long sessions.
Think about this – crunches can hurt the back, so be careful. You can also stand erect, then pull in the stomach muscles as if you were doing crunches – do this in long sequences (slow in, slow out, always under control).
    Two things happen.
First, the abdominal muscles (abs) get tighter and so pull the tummy into shape (a plus).
Second, the abs need a constant energy supply and doing this for long periods exhausts them and makes the body start to break down fat nearby to feed them energy (the stuff you want to lose).
Both this exercise and standard crunches have a similar effect.

Go for it and don’t be put off – you can do a lot to get going in 10 days – then keep going :O)

  7. Eat healthy and exercise.

It doesn’t matter how many sit ups or crunches you do, you can’t just make your belly go away. You need to lose fat all over your body.

    1. You must exercise your whole body not just your abs. Moderate resistance training is good.

    2. Do High intensity interval training if you don’t have any heart problems. The American College of Sports Medicine has shown that it will burn off more calories than long cardio sessions. All you have to do is go fast then go slow, run fast for 1 min then walk for 1 min. Do that 10-20 min. This burns more calories than long cardio sessions. Intervals also raise your basal metabolism higher for a few hours after exercising to burn calories even after you are done.

    3. Don’t start one of those crazy diets. EAT FOOD. Try to eat 5-6 times a day Just eat smaller portions and eat healthy. Eat a little bit more protein because you are doing resistance training. Protein has also been shown to expend more energy in digestion, meaning more burned calories. Breakfast is important don’t skip it.

10 days is bit short but you can lose some of that fat by then. Good Luck

  8. Try a cleansing diet! I did and lost 11 pounds and 21 inches in only 9 days. I was very happy with the results and continued on the program and lost 29 pounds in 5 weeks. This is the fastest I have ever lost with other diets like Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, Medifast, Slimfast etc…. Cleansing works by removing impurities from your body. You get impurities from your food (pesticides, preservatives, food additives, colorings) water, chemicals, pollution, medications, alcohol, hormones that the animals you eat were fed etc….YUCK! The impurites get coated with fat and remain in your body. To remove the fat, you have to remove the impurites. This system worked for me, maybe it can work for you too. You can check out the website or call this toll free number 1-877-587-4647 for more info. The program is not cheap, but it is worth every penny since it works and keeps you motivated. Good luck!
