  1. to lose fat, you need to do cardio, and lots of it.

if you dont know what cardio is, it is running and stuff like that.

i know its boring and annoying, but if you really wanna lose weight and get that flat stomach, with dedication, comes sucess.

    im a 15yo boy.

add me on msn if you like we can talk

  2. If you want to tone up then you need to be eating well – no junk food, and you need to be doing regular cardio exercises like running and skipping. They will help you tone up and burn any excess fat on your body. There are exercises that will help you to tone your tummy. I have put some below in my sources if you’re interested.
For your age, constant regular exercise is the key and staying active and taking part in sports.

  3. hi im 15, i used to have a bit of a small weight problem. you have to make sure you dont become a couch potato. play in team sports, join a gym, go for a run, walk the dog. do anything involving physical acvtivity. avoid watching tv. trust me when i say fix this problem now until you become to old and you life become full because of work, family etc. if you dont fix this problem now it will grow to become a life long habit. im sure you dont want to be like this your whole life. what inspired me to fx this problem was not feeling normal, like i was missing out on my childhood, not being like the otehr kids. i would even get teased at school for being fat.
if you want to lose weight, do alot of crunches but mainly alot of running, this is usually the best way to lose weight. eat a healthy diet, no junk too often. maybe once in a while but no more. eat plenty of fruit and veges. and avoid eating at maccas, KFC and so on. ig you want to lose weight on your stomach area, run and do crunches, but dont try to get abs until you have lost the weight in the area, because if you try to gain muscle under fat, it wont show from the fat and only make your stomach look bigger so trust me. please get you body back on track, i did it and i dont regret a second of it.

hopefully i inspired you to change you life habits. and yes, it may take a while but god its worth it. dont keep these bad habits change now!

    goodluck
    :)

  4. Don’t worry about being fat or not, it all doesn’t matter. As long as you have the determination and vigor to do your work outs, you are a respectable person who will gain six pack abs in no time. Now you want good abs. I recommend a variety of good websites. Firstly, a very good workout routine:

    Next, more workouts:

i would say that it is not only what you do to exercise, but what you eat. It is very important to keep healthy, eating veges and foods rich in protein. If you would like, you can also go to you local gym to lift weights. Lifting weights would reduce body fat thus increasing metabolism. You burn fats more easily then. Make sure you drink plenty of water at least 8 cups.

  5. Once you’ve lost a bit fo fat from your belly region (not saying your fat) go to YouTube, and type in 8 minute abs. Watch and do that for everyday for 2 weeks to see results.

To stay fit combine with a run/jog 3 times a week.

    Hope I helped :)

P.S Seriously that 8 minute abs thing is God sent. They also have 8 minutes buns that work your buttocks. Give it a go. I’m not even kidding. TRY IT!!!
