  1. Billy Blanks does wonders!! I d/l’ed his Boot Camp Abs, and it’s amazing! It only takes about 40 minutes (if even that) and you get results in about a week!!! he has some great tips, and if you don’t want to do the video everyday, you can just take some of his exercises and do them at your own pace!! here is an example of one of his exercises that he says is great for your lower stomach

    lie on the floor and bring your chin to your chest so that your abs are tightened. keeping your arms by your side, lift your top torso up (kind of like a sit up but you are lying down. according to Billy, this will make your stomach snap up like a rubber band! make sure your shoulder blades do not touch the floor.

    I saw in a magazine another nifty little exercise that uses a small handweight (i use 8 lbs, but they recommend anywhere from 3-8) hold the weight with both hands and extend your arms across your right shoulder
    slowly bring the weight down ACROSS your body and rest at your left waist, while twisting slightly to the left. bring your arm back to starting position and repeat. then do the same to your right side

  3. In order to loose fat you need to reduce the amount of calories you consume (eat less) or increase the calories you burn (exercise more). I would suggest doing a 5 day workout routine. Full body exercise routine on Monday Wednesday and Friday and cardio on Tuesday and Thursday (take the weekends off). You will build muscle and burn fat with this if you also eat a sensible diet.

  4. I feel you. I’ve had a deadline of 2 months, because I don’t think any less is reasonable or even safe for your body.
    Here’s what I did:
    - I found a walking partner. We do walk around a lake near where we live, 3 times a week, about 5 miles. We walk pretty fast, but still hold a conversation
    - I do abs. 15 good, hard crunches every morning, and every evening.
    - I’ve tried watching what I eat, day to day. DO NOT starve yourself. Seriously. When you’re tempted to eat something really rich, think about it, and try to eat less, or replace it with something healthier.
    - Drink a lot of water. A lot of that could be water retention. Plus, the more you drink water, the less hungry you’ll feel.

  5. the above just like me i need helpe i eat so much i dont know how to hate eating so much specialy at night please helpe me i hardly recognize my selfe in meror i feel so ugly i am despert i hate my selfe i hate to be a looser please helpe me
