ok first everyday just do like 100 situps and 50 crunches. tats all it takes like 2 minutes. just make sure u do it everyday.
also eat good food and maybe walk alot or run or somting like that

The current wisdom is that you cannot lose weight in a specific area. To lose weight in the belly you must lose all over.

Theres no such thing as spot reducing. Start by eating healthier and working out/doing cardio. Results may take some time but by doing this they’ll be noticeable sooner than later.

Go walking,lift weights,do toe touches,stretch very far(if you can)don’t eat too much and watch the trans fat on things because trans fat is bad for you.Also make sure you watch the calories also.
