Your best bet would be to put on muscle. If you hold your stomach taunt and tight as you lift weights or do cardio you will tighten your stomach muscles and muscles weigh more than fat. I hate doing things like crunches and sit ups, so I don’t. I lost my belly holding my stomach tight while I work out or do anything. It’s worked great for me.

By redusing, the amount of fat and sugar you eat, by eating more proteins and in addition do muscular training.

Lift weights and hit the heavy bag hard then you would be a descent looking dude and mabe youll get people to stop laughing at you and your silly weak body
