Pilates and Yoga. Denise Austin has a DVD out for women post child birth. It targets specific areas to tone them. Good Luck!

Don’t worry that’s normal. Most women have problems losing belly fat postpardum. Some women are able to lose weight and see a significant difference in the rest of their body, except their stomach until about 5 months postpardum. You should do at least 30 minutes of cardio a day and stomach crunches….BE PATIENT! It will go away and congrats on losing 26 ilbs in 5 weeks.
