Watching the calories you intake and exercise are truly the only ways to lose any body weight. However, if you are skinny I wonder if you truly do have very much fat around your belly. You should make sure that you check to see if your body weight is good for your heighth. If your weight is good, then perhaps you should just try toning exercises.

simple. do sit ups or crunches on one of those workout balls just do 200 a day.. sounds like a lot but its simple.. the better ur form the better the results
