		<description>Yes! You will lose belly fat, but you will also lose it all weight all over your body.  You probably need to do more than 30 minutes a day (But have 1 rest day).
You should also do weights at least 3 times per week as the bigger your muscles the more calories you burn. (See a trainer at the gym for a program!)  You won&#039;t become big and muscley, unless you want to.

Make sure you drink plenty of water as well as have a good diet.</description>
