If you burn off more calories than you take in, you’ll lose weight, and a proportional amount of that weight will come from belly fat. Short answer: yes.

Yes. You should also try to eat less at each meal, but eat more often….. Many vegetables, chicken and fish.

Yes! You will lose belly fat, but you will also lose it all weight all over your body. You probably need to do more than 30 minutes a day (But have 1 rest day).
You should also do weights at least 3 times per week as the bigger your muscles the more calories you burn. (See a trainer at the gym for a program!) You won’t become big and muscley, unless you want to.
Make sure you drink plenty of water as well as have a good diet.
