ANY fat loss requires cardio sessions which are longer than 20 minutes, which mobilizes fat stores EVERYWHERE (fingers, toes, abdomen, hips, chest, face, etc.).
Leg lifts will work muscle in the abdominal region and will do nothing to little in burning fat.
