Dawn Holland asked:
I have a bad back so I am limited on several types of exercise. I also have extremely muscular legs so I don’t want to add muscle, and do NOT need to lose any weight in my rear end. I need something that will lose the fatty part of the inner thigh and belly fat.. Thanks for your help!

You cannot spot reduce. When you exercise your body will decide where the weight comes off. You can do things to strengthen certain sets of muscles but not reduce.
I’ve also had a bad back for years and since I started using the exercise ball it has literally changed my life. It will work the muscles in your belly and all thru your core which supports your back better and results in less pain.

Have you ever tried yoga?
It did wonders for my mid-section, and it’s very low-impact, plus you can really find the routine that’s perfect for you, so avoid any moves that strain your back–sometimes, yoga can even improve and relive pain in the body
Also, you can target different body parts so you could tone your legs–not gain muscle–but build up your glutes.
I have only tried Hatha Yoga, but I’m going to give Hot Yoga a try next weekend (it’s great for flexibility)

lye on back and bend knees, place a yoga block or rolled up towel between knees and feet. Keep sacrum pushed into floor. hand out to sides below ribs palms up. (This is the foundation)
Inhale exhale contract abs tight pulling belly button toward spine.
Keep body grounded. 3 sets 20 reps
same position to start, remove blocks keep feet flexed and engaged
lift right foot hold for 20 count and slowly lower keep everything engaged.
now left 3 sets 20 reps
keep hips knees and ankles all aligned.
This will strengthen, but the fat ??? You cannot spot reduce.
How’s your diet?
Go to Yoga Journal .com look up Kapalabhati which is a pranyama which can help tone the abs and detox. Stretching can also help the bodies lymphatics open and makes it easier for the body to flush.
25 grams fiber daily and plenty of water. B vits help us absorb and break down fats too
