I am somewhat on the chubby side. Really, the only problem area I have is my belly. What can I do to get rid of this unwanted fat? Any good diets and excercise routines?
ok so I guess i started eating too much junk food for the last couple of months and my belly area has gotten out of control..i gained like 20 pounds and I need to lose weight by August 10th. any sugestions???? any particualr excersice or diet? help!!!!
