I heard that cardio can make you lose fat but I am worried that if I do too much cardio that I will lose a lot of weight. Any advice on how to lose the belly fat without losing too much weight on cardio exercises? Also is it advisable to lose the belly fat first and then concentrate on ab toning afterwards? Or maybe its better to do the ab muscle training along with the cardio?
